And the website is quick, which makes up for its limited appearance. UK punters probably won’t appreciate the lack of UK odds but it doesn’t bother us because we use European odds because they’re more accurate. If any newbie wants to know how to convert EU odds to UK odds, just minus 1 and add ‘/1’. For example: EU odds of 10.00 becomes 9/1.

Customer service is 10bet’s downfall. The telephone number isn’t free and there is no live chat option. Email replies can be slow too.
